The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for proactively adding value in the attraction, recruitment and selection of exceptional individuals to Jonsson Workwear and ensuring that every candidate has a brilliant experience at every point in the recruitment process.
The main responsibilities of the role includes:
- Collaborating with hiring leaders on identifying suitable culture fits for the business.
- Coordinating and facilitating the entire recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Driving all internal and external recruitment across Jonsson Workwear and handling multiple recruitment projects at any given time.
- Continuously building and maintaining relationships across the business and fully understand the business/talent needs.
- Preparing and maintaining all role advertisements.
- Advertising and sourcing roles using various platforms (e.g. online, internal, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Maintaining a full database of candidates, with a view to creating our own talent pool.
- Ad hoc travel, as and when the recruitment search requires (e.g. for remote based roles).
- Coordinating and facilitating recruitment campaigns for all graduate development.

- Proven experience in a similar role delivering end to end recruitment principles and process.
- Strong talent attraction and selection experience including mid-senior level hires, preferably in-house.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams experience advantageous.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and Linkedin Recruiter tool advantageous.
- MIE accreditation and system experience advantageous.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
