- Oversee the daily transactional processing of all transactions, within the business unit
- Review and implement internal controls and measures to mitigate risks within a hypergrowth environment
- Identification of risks and accurate follow through with solutions for all transactions
- Review and preparation of control account reconciliations (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Review and prepare daily payment file to partners
- Assist in management of finance clerks
- Assist with partner on boarding
- Assist with queries by partners
- Reconciliation of partner and driver accounts
- Risk management associated with creditors function
- Oversee bulk invoicing to partners and drivers
- Review reconciliation of accounts receivable
- Preparation of daily/weekly finance reports to management
- Continuous improvement in the daily finance workflow and processes
- Month end processes (Balance sheet and Income Statement)
- Managing of customer refunds and banking queries
- Additional ad hoc duties as required within the business

- B.com Accounting/Finance Management Degree
- B.com Honours
- 1-3 years’ experience in corporate finance
