ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Talent Acquisition

o Ensure best practice internal and external recruitment processes

o Source the right calibre of talent into the organization.

o Collaborate with the HR Manager in the recommending and implementation of business continues improvement solutions, based on reports and data analytics.

4. Talent Development

o Consolidate departmental skills audit and matrix on annual basis

o Consolidate and review departmental succession plan on annual basis

o Collaborate with the Learning and Development specialist in providing talent development advisory services.

o Implementation of departmental training plans.

5. Payroll (Remuneration, Benefits and terminations)

o Ensure compliance with the remuneration policy.

o Support the payroll department with enforcing Bargaining Council rules.

o Ensure that all employees are timeously loaded on payroll.

o Ensure that all bargaining unit employees are paid accordingly.

o Provide employee advisory services on queries relating to benefits

o Conducting Exit interviews

o Ensure that the proper termination process is followed for all resignations.

6. General Human Resource Management

o Support line manager in embedding a high-performance culture within teams.

o Collaborate with other HR generalists in driving implementation of all HR projects
