Job Description
The main purpose of this job is to ensure that returned faulty stock is repaired/tested efficiently and effectively in order to be able to meet SLA requirements set by the vendor and by Rectron, and ultimately ensure customer satisfaction.
Primary Objectives:
Timeously assess and repair jobs
Ensure set KPI’s are reached and maintained
Ensure effective customer communication
Experience in Notebook repairs, PC troubleshooting, and mobile devices.
Effective follow-up and Job checking
Report any incompatibility of products to management
Execute Rectron standards of excellence in all work completed
Build good relationships with staff and customers, display a courteous and helpful attitude at all times
Assist with other job-related duties as and when required
Other duties as specified by your line manager
