Assign credit note to the correct approvers on SFDC, in line with DOA and credit note policy Follow up with stakeholders to ensure credit note is approved timeously Ensure credit note flows through to BRM/SAP to reflect on the customer’s invoice Conduct Quality Check on the root cause analysis to ensure the preventative measures are captured and adhered to Attend weekly meetings with various segments to educate the teams on the credit being passed, the values and the reasons for the credits Ensure the credit note process and procedures are adhered to, and kept updated Partake in credit note and billing queries ISO audits as requiredCustomer Satisfaction Ensure customer cases are attended to within TAT’s and that customer are updated on the query
Ensure resolution to billing queries and credit notes and always ensure contribution to CSAT and Positive NPSData Integrity Take ownerships of data integrity within specific verticals to ensure accuracy in billing and credit calculations
Ensure correct values are being reporting for credit notes. Record credit note provisions as allocated by Finance Ensure the CRM and billing systems are synchronized and up to date for credit notes.
